Why does the weight come off in the first week and then not come off in the second? I even gained a pound and THAT hasn't come off. Well, 4 pounds in 13 days is still good, but it is leaving me wanting more. So after I weighed myself this morning, I was disappointed that I had worked out and ate right this week and still have only shed 4 pounds!
So for breakfast, I went to AJ's to get a bagel and an iced tea. It is a nice Friday treat and fills me up for a long time! So I figured, why not, it's not like I am not going to go to the gym tonight! So I had:
- Plain Cream Cheese (190 cal/17 g fat/0 g fiber/4 g carbs) 5 WW points
- Wheat Bagel (330 cal/4 g fat/4 g fiber/62 g carbs) 6WW points
- Green Tea (0 cal/0 g fat/0 g fiber/1 g carbs) 0 WW points
- Total for breakfast: 11 WW points / 14 WW points left for the day
I was totally full for quite awhile, which was really nice! For lunch, I just had soup and some milk. How little 4th grader of me? :) I had:
- 1 cup of tomato soup from Paradise: 6 WW points
- 1/2 cup of milk: 2 WW points
- Total for lunch: 8 WW points / 6 WW points left for the day!
