30 Day Fit Challenge: Day 18

I had a great day of exercise and ate perfectly yesterday and I still didn't move the scale. Still down 4 pounds, but with only 13 days left and 6 pounds to go, I need to be on my game! Today I am going to stay motivated and keep on track. Whether I am moving the needle on the scale or not, I am still looking and feeling better and that's what ultimately matters. I would love to drop the weight - and I am still dedicated to do so - but getting healthier is the most important!

 

We had a meeting early this morning with the new Chief Marketing Officer, so it was a much needed coffee morning. For breakfast I had:

  • some fruit: 2 WW points
  • 1 whole egg: 2 WW points
  • Starbucks, Caffe Americano: Venti (25 cal/0 g fat/0 g fiber/4 g carbs) 0.5 WW points
  • Starbucks, Flavored Syrup: 3 pumps (60 cal/0 g fat/0 g fiber/15 g carbs) 1 WW points
  • Total for breakfast: 5.5 WW points / 19.5 WW points left for the day!

We ended up eating lunch downstairs again today since there were so many people in the office. For lunch, we had:

  • 1 slice of thin-sliced pork: 2 WW points
  • 1 russet potato: 2 WW points
  • mixed vegetables: 1 WW point (since I didn't know how it was prepared)
  • small cup of tortilla soup: 3 WW points
  • Total for lunch: 8 WW points / 11.5 WW points left for the day

For dinner, we were terrible! Andrew made dinner for me and it was ready when I got home. Too bad it was not good for me! :( But it was delicious. We had:

  • 2 slices of pizza: 8 WW points
  • baked sweet potato fries: 2 WW points
  • 1 beer: 2 WW points
  • Total for dinner: 12 WW points / over by .5 points, so in reality, not all that bad. But it was a lot of carbs at nigh! Blah!

Tomorrow is a new day and a new day to be perfect!
