Day 23 is here. Day 30 is right around the corner and I have lost 4 pounds. I am done saying ONLY because 4 pounds is still an accomplishment. I am going to continue to track my food consumption and workout for at least 30 minutes a day. I am feeling better about myself and I really think that my clothes are fitting better. Weight loss is a journey and I have committed myself to success. No matter how long it takes! :)
For breakfast I had:
- 3 scoops of protein powder in a shake: 3 WW points
- Total for breakfast: 3 WW points / 22 WW points left for the day
It is my girlfriend at work's birthday, so we decided to go out to lunch. We went to an AWESOME Italian bistro and all got really yummy salads. Since I hadn't had a lot of points today, I decided that I could have something really delicious. For lunch I had:
- iced tea: 1 WW point
- Shrimp Caesar Salad: (350 calories, 12g of fat, 4 g of fiber, 32g of carbs) 7 WW points
- 1 slice of bread: 2 WW points
- Total for lunch: 10 WW points / 12 WW points left for the day
