			<title>30 Day Fit Challenge: Day 23</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Day 23 is here. Day 30 is right around the corner and I have lost 4 pounds. I am done saying ONLY because 4 pounds is still an accomplishment. 			<title>30 Day Fit Challenge: Day 18</title>

Still down 4 pounds, but with only 13 days left and 6 pounds to go, I need to be on my game! Today I am going to stay motivated and keep on track.
